Packages are structured by event type and size, and we can build a recurring programming series at a set monthly or quarterly rate.

What's included in each event package?+
Every package is 100 percent turnkey. That means all supplies, event staff, a promo kit to build buzz ahead of time, full setup, on-site event management, and clean up afterward. You show up, your residents show up, and we handle the rest.

Yes. We work directly with property managers, amenity management teams, and leasing offices to make sure programming aligns with your goals, fits your calendar, and runs without adding to your team's workload.
